To place an order: Please use our convenient and secure online shopping cart with safe & secure credit card processing through our Authorize.Net credit card processing system. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. You may then check out or continue shopping while adding additional products to your cart.

**PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a storefront at this time. All of our candles are currently poured in our workshop and sold online or at home parties.

Payments Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check, and Money Order

**PLEASE NOTE: Check and Money Orders are due within 7 days of order confirmation. Checks and Money Orders must clear bank before order is shipped, approximately 10 business days. There will be a $30.00 service fee on all returned checks.

Processing: Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but please be patient and remember that your candles are made especially for you when you order them. Your order must be paid in full before any candles are poured.

Shipping Information:
-All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS (your choice).
-Shipping is determined by weight and destination.
-Insurance is extra and is optional.
**We highly recommend adding insurance to your purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping service you choose.

Cancellations: Cancellation of any order placed, may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.

RETURNS: We have a 7 day money back guarantee. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced. If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify me within the 7 days and we can arrange for an exchange or refund. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. The original, unburned item must be returned in order to receive a refund, exchange, or replacement. The refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed within five days of receipt of the returned product.

**Please note: the freight cost for refunds are your responsibility and we will only refund the cost of goods and not the original delivery charge.
